Ophelia's back to hurricane strength. Some people can't catch a break. Of course, the people who chose to go to the Carolinas probably had a good reason, I guess. Still.

Two weeks after Hurricane Katrina took everything but their lives, a group of evacuees who were sent or who chose to come to the Carolinas coast now find themselves faced with Ophelia.
Hundreds landed along the Carolinas coasts. More than 110 people from the Gulf are in Wilmington, volunteer center director Annie Anthony said.
