You can say that again

What kind of place would this be if it didn't include that staple of the left wing blogosphere: ridiculing wingnuts? Some, like Sadly, No!, do it virtually full time. The spook's neither that funny, nor that tolerant of unadulterated bullshit. But this column by Kaye Grogan, one of the worst "writers" on the internets, is -- a target-rich environment.

Did you know in 1998 the Republicans voted 238-182 to oppose making English the official language, because many were courting the possibility of making Puerto Rico a statehood? The Washington Times reported in 1998 that the majority of the House supported the statehood proposal, and at the same time fell short one vote of an amendment that would support English as top language in the good ole' USA. Don't ever underestimate the wild hairs of Republicans — those hairs will stick up, when you least expect them to appear.
Making it a statehood? Republicans voted 238-182? One vote short? WTF? We no speak English?

Unintended irony. Read the whole, sorry thing.
