They have mosquitoes down in the euphemistically termed "River Valley." Lana Labrousse of 40/29 sez a good way to avoid them is to "stay inside between dawn and dusk, when they're most active." Never mind that most people can't avoid going outside during the daylight hours. She got it bass-ackwards.
