Puerto Ricans are Americans

And this is ignorant racism. There are a lot of Hispanics around here. Many are illegal immigrants. Some are U.S. citizens. These probably aren't. But read the comments at the end of that second story. Hispanic Americans don't get the benefit of the doubt in some parts of Northwest Arkansas.
