You knew they were coming. This is exactly why a lot of people hoped Hillary wouldn't run. Not because we doubt her abilities; she'd make a fine president. But because the sneering D.C. media will parse her every utterance to twist its meaning into a Jimmy Kimmel-like joke about her marriage. The Post and Times had Anne Kornblut and Adam Nagourney, respectively, covering her campaign trip to Iowa. Both hate the Clintons. Sort of like when they assigned Ceci Connolly and Kit Seelye to the Gore campaign in 2000. That didn't work out so well for the country.
