Rove's lawyer cracks a joke

Well, it made us laugh.

Asked about his client's odds of being charged, [Robert] Luskin told Newsday, "It is what it is. I don't want to comment on the chances. I'm not going to start grading this thing at, say 30 percent or 40 percent like the president's approval rating."
